Gregory J. Skoda, CPA, Chairman
Greg is the Chairman and one of the founders of Skoda Minotti. He specializes in assisting clients grow and develop their businesses. Greg actively works with clients in developing and implementing strategic plans, providing creative business and personal tax planning, assisting with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, succession, estate planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
Greg's accomplishments include owning, operating and growing companies from start-up to over $500 million in sales. His companies have been recognized for outstanding growth in Inc. and Fortune magazines. Inc. has placed Skoda Minotti in its Hall of Fame with only 90 other companies.
Greg is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on a number of business advisory boards and Boards of Directors as well as numerous charitable Boards including the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the Board of Directors for Business Volunteers Unlimited, Cuyahoga Community College Foundation and University Hospitals Case Medical Center, and is a member of the Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital National Leadership Council.
He holds a B.S. degree in business administration with a major in accounting from John Carroll University. As a result of the success of his endeavors, and his many community involvements, Accounting Today magazine has recognized Greg as one of the 100 most influential people, Crain's Cleveland Business recognized Greg as one of the 40 distinguished entrepreneurs in the area under the age of 40 and John Carroll University's School of Business recognized Greg as one of its 50 finest graduates.
