Featured Job Opportunity: CRM Lead

Summary of Responsibilities:

The CRM Lead will exercise a positive approach to working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and detail oriented. The CRM Lead will practice good judgment in a variety of situations, have superb written and verbal communications skills, be highly organized, keep an appropriate balance among multiple priorities, while maintaining an even and friendly demeanor to all. The CRM Lead will be required to work independently as well as lead the other team members on various tight timeline projects, handle a wide array of activities and deal with highly sensitive, and confidential matters with utmost discretion.

Essential Functions:

  • Personally enter high volumes of data in to CRM
  • Lead small team to ensure projects are completed timely and accurately
  • Conducts research through various internet tools as necessary
  • Organizes and maintains files and records
  • Train new CRM team members and assist professionals in the firm to ensure highest quality of data
  • Prepares, proofs and edits correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Provides friendly, quality and high level customer service
  • Works effectively with the entire team in a professional environment
  • Ability to interact with firm professionals of all levels and departments
  • Utilizes computerized data entry equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve information as requested or otherwise necessary, and summarizes data in preparation of standardized reports
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned
  • Problem identification and ability to recommend and implement solutions

Education & Experience Required:

  • Ability to independently manage priorities, workload projects and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced computer abilities including Excel, PowerPoint, Hoovers, Google and LinkedIn
  • Meticulous attention to detail and process driven
  • Impeccable organization, decision making and analytical skills
  • Previous project management in data entry/CRM systems experience required
  • 5+ years of experience leading a small teams’ performance and priorities
  • Associates Degree preferred
