We are currently assisting a Solon, Ohio-based client in their search for a Director of Finance & Administration.
The Director of Finance & Administration reports to the CEO and is responsible for directing the company’s financial and administrative organization. The Director of Finance & Administration is to oversee all financial activities of the company.
- Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.
- Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations.
- Set-up and oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
