Featured Job Opportunity: Executive Compensation Analyst

Skoda Minotti is currently searching for an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our team in Mayfield.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform market research and data analysis to design and implement the following for clients:
    • Executive compensation plans
    • Equity programs
    • Change of control plans
    • Non-qualified deferred compensation programs
    • Short and long term incentive programs
  • Short and long term incentive programs
  • Create client presentations and employee communication design
  • Research changing tax and labor regulations as they pertain to compensation plans
Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; accounting degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm
  • CPA or CCP certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the goals of the organization
  • Ability to analyze the processes responsible for, recommend efficiencies to the process and implement the improved changes
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
