Skoda Minotti Technology Partners professional, Brian Rosenfelt, CPA, was recently highlighted in Northeast Ohio newspaper, The News-Herald, discussing cloud computing and its place in the business world.
Here is an exerpt from his article:
There are two main key components to the cloud, said Brian Rosenfelt, a certified public accountant for Skoda Minotti Technology Partners in Mayfield Village, who also writes a blog on the company's website.
"I think one is the instant availability and the second piece of it is the automated and instant scalability," he said. "So, in the simplest way, we can go to a website right now, a cloud-based provider, sign up for an account, pay for it, get it provisioned and be using it within a couple of minutes. That, to me, is what cloud is all about. There is also another list of things that go along with it like security, backup, redundancy and other buzzwords in our industry. But I think the core components are really availability and scalability."
