Skoda Minotti Releases Fourth Annual Survey Results of Northeast Ohio Real Estate & Construction Industries
Cleveland, OH – The Real Estate and Construction Group at Skoda Minotti, a CPA, business and financial advisory firm located in Cleveland, Ohio, has released the results of its fourth annual survey of the real estate and construction markets in Northeast Ohio.
The survey covers a variety of topics, including political, bonding, business, legal and financial issues, industry trends and the local economy.
Highlights of the construction survey include increasing confidence in opportunities, increasing job sizes and financing opportunities, material prices, overhead expenditures and green building.
Highlights of the real estate survey include cash flow pressures, cost cutting measures, building information modeling and increased hope for real estate opportunities.
“In our fourth year of our survey, we are able to see some clear trends that have been established over the past few years” said Roger Gingerich, CPA/ABV, CVA, principal-in-charge of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Group. “This year’s survey is a must-read for anyone involved in the real estate or construction industries locally.”
The survey results were gathered in March 2011. The survey was conducted via e-mail and was sent out to Northeast Ohio real estate and construction professionals, including the local membership of Associated Builders and Contractors, Building Owners and Managers Association International, Construction Employers Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Ohio Contractors Association and Surety Association of Ohio.
The survey results were then compiled and analyzed by Skoda Minotti.
