In an effort to help you better run your business, Skoda Minotti’s Small Business Services Group will be offering a series of QuickBooks training courses. These sessions will focus on how you can better utilize QuickBooks software to help you meaningfully improve your business’ productivity, while saving you time and money.

Our program, QuickBooks: The Essentials of Running Your Small Business, is made up of four individual classes, which will focus on the following key aspects of QuickBooks. We invite you to take the entire series or just the classes you feel you could learn more about. If you choose to take the entire series, we recommend taking the classes in the following order:

Bank Accounts, Credit Card Transactions & Equity covers reconciling bank and credit card accounts and using equity accounts in QuickBooks

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable covers receiving payments and making deposits, credits to customers and vendors, entering and paying bills, and invoice setup

Sales Tax & Invoices covers seting up tax rates and agencies, applying tax to sales, paying tax agencies, and determining what you owe

Payroll & Analyzing Financial Data covers setting up payroll and employee information, running schedules, tracing tax liabilities, paying payroll taxes, and running reports and graphs
