As a marketing manager, Donéa is dedicated to developing and executing strategic marketing plans, lead generation strategies and to support of brand initiatives with digital programs. She has generated new content ideas to drive engagement and build brand awareness through external traffic drivers, and has led and managed all aspects of digital marketing – including SEO/SEM – while creating and implementing strategy to optimize ROI, spend and results.
Before joining Skoda Minotti, Donéa worked in marketing, graphics and investor relations for a private equity firm. Her experience also includes marketing manager for insurance and publishing industry companies, including acting as a marketing strategist and project manager for initiatives such as rebranding and design; content creation and development with SEO; market research, event creation and marketing; video and webinar marketing; social media; and public relations.
Donéa has served as a congressional intern with a focus on media relations for the U.S. House of Representatives, as a counselor with D.A.R.E. America, and as a member of the National Youth Leadership Forum and Conference.
