Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Lawsuit Settlement Payment Info Now Available

In my recent blog, I discussed the settlement details from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation lawsuit. The next step is to understand how much your settlement payment will be and when you can expect to receive the funds.

The easiest and most accurate way to determine the timeline and the amount of your settlement payment is to contact the claims administrator directly. An important deadline to keep in mind is you must file a claim form by October 22, 2014. To do so, you will need to contact the claims administrator.
