A major security vulnerability has recently been uncovered in two of the most popular website content management systems (CMS), WordPress and Drupal. According to http://w3techs.com/, these CMS encompass about 25% of the web.
Both WordPress and Drupal have already released updates to address this concern. The updates are not automatic, however. If your website uses either of these CMS, you will need to log in to your account and install the update to ensure your site is protected.
If you are not familiar with updating your CMS system, you can learn more about each update here –
If you have questions about performing this update on your website, we encourage you to contact Bob Goricki at 440-449-6800. Bob is a senior online marketing manager with Skoda Minotti Strategic Marketing and would be happy to assist you with this process.
