HubSpot's Inbound Certification is a two-part test with nine classes covering the best-practice elements of inbound methodology including:

- Buyer personas
- Attracting website visitors

- Analyzing website results
The test also measured Goricki’s understanding of how to create an effective inbound marketing campaign, adopting and adhering to HubSpot guidelines and demonstrating that the HubSpot methodology has been applied consistently over a defined period of time. Topics covered in practicum included:
- Search engine optimization of firm website
- Email campaign performance
- Social media campaign execution
- Attracting new visitors and converting them to leads from firm website
- Tracking results and comparing to competitors
Goricki has been with the Strategic Marketing group for eight years and has been instrumental in building successful inbound campaigns for many clients as well as the firm.
